How to Apply to Waldorf School of Palm Beach
Our admissions process for Palm Beach County families is straightforward and relationship-centered. Here's what to expect:
Step 1: Schedule a Campus Tour
The first step is to visit one of our Boca Raton campuses and experience Waldorf education firsthand while classes are in session. Tours are held on Wednesdays and are designed for adults only. Our Lower Campus (Early Childhood–Grade 4) tours begin at 9:40 am; our Upper Campus (Grades 5–11) tours begin at 10:30 am.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
After your tour, if you'd like to move forward, submit your application through TADS, our enrollment management system. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. There is a non-refundable $100 application fee per student. Application does not guarantee acceptance.
Step 3: Family Interview with Your Child's Teacher
Grades 1–11: Once we receive your application, we'll arrange a family interview with the class teacher to review your application, discuss the curriculum, and answer your questions in depth.
Early Childhood: Our admissions team will arrange a personal visit day for your child.
Summer applicants: Interviews are held via Zoom with the classroom teachers.
Step 4: Student Class Visit
Grades 1–11: After the interview, your child is invited to spend three full consecutive days visiting their prospective class — experiencing a real school day, meeting their teacher, and making friends along the way.
Early Childhood: Students visit for one to two days to explore the classroom at their own pace.
Step 5: Admissions Decision
Applicants will be notified of their admissions status once the review process is complete. Families applying for the following school year can expect to hear back in February.
Step 6: Official Enrollment
Upon acceptance, TADS will send a tuition agreement to be completed and signed to finalize enrollment. A registration fee and signed tuition agreement are required to secure your child's place.
Please Note: After completing the application process, you will hear back from us. If you are applying for the following school year, you can expect to hear back in February.
