Celebrating 100 Years of Waldorf Education

Waldorf100.png

The first Waldorf school was founded in Stuttgart in 1919. Today there are over 1,100 Waldorf schools and almost 2,000 Waldorf kindergartens in some 80 countries around the globe. And more all the time. We are making our Centennial an occasion to further develop Waldorf education for contemporary times, and focus more consciously on its global dimensions. With many exciting projects on all continents. Our school will be celebrating too! Immediately after dismissal on Thursday, September 19, we invite all parents from both the Early Childhood Campus and the Grades Campus to join us in making history. We will be gathering at the field next to the Grades Campus at 1:45pm where we will gather and stand in the shape of a 100. There we will have a group photo taken by a drone. Stay tuned and we will share our group photo here!

Donate $100 for our 100 YEars

As we celebrate the Waldorf 100 by watching the children each play their small part, we witness how the many come together as one. In recognition of our 100th anniversary, we’re asking every family to pay it forward by donating $100 for our 100 years to benefit the Waldorf School of Palm Beach.

Won’t you join us in this spirit by making a small donation of $100 or less to WSPB today? Together, each doing our small part we can do something special for our school.

Learn to change the world

100 YEARS OF WALDORF

The film "Learn to Change the World" demonstrates how academia from around the world tackle big pedagogical matters of our time based on Waldorf/Steiner philosophy. This is the first of more to come, which shall provide a more in depth look at this methodology in action.
