Mariana Portela

First Grade Assistant Teacher

Mariana Portela is the First Grade Assistant teacher. Originally from Brazil and with a background in filmmaking, she brings creativity and warmth to the classroom. She delights in nurturing children’s curiosity and guiding them toward their most imaginative, wonder-filled selves, while fostering a spirit of inclusiveness and kindness toward one another.
